Neoflex developed a product catalog
When the product catalog project was finished, the bank received a software solution allowing launching new credit proposals on the market in short term and manage them thereafter.
The project marked a new stage of credit workflow development created by Neoflex experts. Currently the credit workflow is the main component of IT landscape of the bank. It provides for automation of the entire auto lending process, including selection of the credit product, application entry and verification, various customer checks using the external and internal data sources, transaction planning and preparation and conclusion of agreements.
The options of the product catalog allow bank experts responsible for creating new credit products to solve a range of the following tasks by themselves:
- Set credit products with various packages of parameters.
- Manage requirements for the set of documents to be submitted by clients.
- Import products from xls-file with the help of a flexible setting tool.
- Check the credit proposal settings for correctness according to business rules.
- Fulfill a full product parameters upd ate (change of rate, set of documents, validity term of the approved proposals, etc.).
