“By the end of 2015, this bank had a CRM project on a paid platform. But later the number of branches grew up twofold, the bank decided to consider alternative platforms (with a lower self-cost and an opportunity to make adjustments), and we offered our solution. SugarCRM is not a novelty in the platforms market; it is a mature and reliable platform in the form of a “constructor set”, which may be quickly adapted to one’s personal needs without the help of programmers,” said Dmitrii Lukianov, the Head of Front-office Solutions Business at Neoflex.

“It is a very successful project for us. With a reasonable budget we acquired just the solution we needed,” added Daria Podmarkova.
